Diamond Casino Heist: A Stealthy and Discreet Approach, Complete with a Detailed Plan and Step-by-Step Instructions
Heist Prep Missions
We’ll take a look at all the prep missions you need to do for this approach, including the mandatory prep missions. Though you can complete these prep missions solo in either public or invite-only sessions, it’s recommended that you have at least one friend with you for ease of use.
The Back-Up Team
Gunman
When choosing a gunman for a stealth heist, there is no need to spend any time deciding which one to choose as this approach is the silent and sneaky variety. You should not expect many altercations or combat situations, so we recommend you choose Karl Abolaji who takes only 5% of the final cut. Regarding weapon loadout, we recommend using the Machine Pistol loadout because it is the best option offered by Karl Abolaji for this type of heist.
Driver
Forget the getaway cars – they’re not reliable and you’ll only end up getting caught. Take your own route out of the casino, using the pedestrian car if necessary.
Regardless of how you choose to get away, it is always a good idea to choose the KARIM DENZ cars. He only takes 5% from the final cut, so it will not affect your wallet too much. When choosing your getaway vehicles, the SULTAN CLASSIC is definitely a good option.
Hacker
The best way to rob a casino is to choose the right hacker. PAIGE HARRIS is the best default hacker and she takes 9% of the final cut, so it’s worth it to use her services.
To unlock Avi Schwartzman, you need to complete a side quest and find 50 signal jammers around Los Santos. Once you’ve done that, destroy the jammers for Avi to be unlocked. As with other characters in the game, his stats are slightly different than Paige’s – Avi grants 3 minutes and 30 seconds in the vault instead of Paige’s 10 minutes.
Instrument for Hacking
When you are hacking device mission, you should expect to find it in two different locations. One location is at N.O.O.S.E headquarters, while the second will be in the FIB building
N.O.O.S.E Headquarters Mission
For the N.O.O.S.E headquarters mission, you need to go to a specific location and find the corrupt agent. After taking him out, take the keycard to the N.O O S E headquarters and then go into the building using your phone’s hacking device to hack into any security cameras if needed
If it is in the N.O.O.S.E headquarters, then you should go to Davis City Hall and locate the corrupt agent, take him out, and get the keycard to the N.O.O.S.E headquarters before leaving town quickly with a getaway vehicle parked right outside of the entrance
To find the hacking device, use your phone to measure the signal strength at the bottom right screen. The closer you get to the device, the stronger the signal becomes. Use suppressed weapons if necessary to take out guards and security cameras; however, be careful not to alarm other guards or leave any evidence of your presence.
FIB Construction Work Mission
Before heading to the FIB building, you will need to obtain an agent pass and take out some agents. After that, you will need to go to a specific location and kill the agents. Afterwards, you will need to get the FIB pass and leave the scene quickly.
Enter the building and avoid the cones of vision as much as possible, since staying in them for too long will cause the guards and agents to recognize you. Once you’re on the upper floor, find a way to access the hacking device using your phone’s signal strength bar.
Once you have obtained the hacking device, head back outside the way you came in from. However, be aware that as soon as you reach the exit, the agents will recognize you and start shooting. So make sure to have snacks and armor ready when you go outside. quickly exit the building and get into your vehicle which was parked right in front of the entrance earlier – lose the cops and deliver the hacking device back to The Arcade
Tasks Related to the General Preparation
To prepare for the general prep missions, you should do the vault keycards prep mission, which is mandatory. After that, you can choose to do the Patrol Routes prep mission or the duggan shipments, power drill and security intel prep missions as you please.
Vault Keycards
There are two ways to acquire the vault keycards: you can hijack a prison bus and get the card from one of the guards while you pretend to be a prison guard, or you can go to two security guards situated at different locations and kill them. One guard will be drunk on the street while the other will be having “a good time” in a motel room. Just make sure that when you are taking them out, you use a silenced weapon or kill them with melee weapons so that they don’t draw attention from law enforcement.
There are two ways to acquire the vault keycards: one involves infiltrating a prison bus and posing as a guard, while the other requires taking out a guard at one of the towers without being detected. Your second mission requires you to go to two different locations and take out the guards there. One guard will be drunk on the street, while the other will be in a motel room. Make sure that when you kill them, you do it using a silenced weapon or with a melee weapon so as not to cause any suspicion from law enforcement.
Getting the vault keycards from prison is a relatively easy prep mission. All you need to do is hijack a prisoner bus, disguise yourself as a guard, and infiltrate one of the towers in the prison. Once you enter one of the marked towers, search the body of any nearby guard for keycards. After you’ve acquired them, leave the prison using the bus.
If you choose to hijack the prison bus, it will take you ten times as long but is much more dangerous. As soon as you enter the prison grounds, your wanted level will go up and the prison guards are alerted. Be very quick about taking out the guard at tower since snipers situated there are very strong and can easily kill you. If you have an Oppressor Mark II, it will make the process of disabling a sniper a bit easier. However, snipers are still very strong and can easily kill you no matter how prepared you are. We do not recommend this method unless you’re confident in your ability to do it successfully.
Patrol Routes
The patrol routes mission is an optional prep mission, but we believe it to be one of the most important preparations for Silent and Sneaky approaches. Completing this task will allow you to see the enemies or guards on your minimap during the heist, which will make everything much easier.
In this mission you are asked to find a specific car and take a picture of the contents of its trunk. The location where the mission takes place is always different, but the cars that you will be tasked with finding are always similar in color and shape. There are two possible cars that you can try to locate – either a gray-colored car or a black-colored car. You can choose to approach the target vehicle undetected by sneaking up on it, or alternatively, if violence is more your style then you can simply kill all of the guards stationed near it and proceed with your task. Just make sure when carrying out these actions not to damage or destroy the target vehicle
For this particular location, there is a black car next to the gray car. So when you arrive at this location, it can be either one of these.
Security Pass
You need a Level 2 Security Pass to complete the mission successfully. Without it, you’ll be unable to complete the mission in a stealthy manner.
There are two different types of missions you can complete in Casino Royale. One requires you to get a card from the croupier, while the other requires you to retrieve it from a dead valet’s body.
Croupier / Party Method
Your first mission will involve attending a pool party. If you become more noticeable and attract attention, your suspicion bar will increase. To lower it, focus on blending in and doing activities that won’t draw too much attention. Once Lester has identified the target, find and search for the keycard on them to complete the mission. The keycard is not actually on the employees, but it should be around somewhere in the area. You need to search for the keycard around the area.
Your suspicion will still increase a bit, but the best way to keep it low is to go to your interaction menu and set your action to dance, and turn it on permanently. This way you can walk around and search for the card while making sure the suspicion bar is not increasing.
Method of the Coroner
To complete a coroner mission, you will need to obtain a hearse from the church. Once you do, the police will be alerted and can track you down. You can avoid them by staying out of their vision cones while inside the church. Once in the morgue, equip the clothes of an coroner officer and enter. Once you reach the morgue, search the body of the valet and retrieve his keycard. Make sure no one is watching as you do so, and then return to your original location.
Approach Detailed Preparations
Nano Drone
This silent and sneaky preps mission requires you to destroy five LSPD deployed drones. After you’ve done this, collect the scrap from the fallen drones and bring it back to Lester for him to create a nano drone for you. It’s recommended that you have either an Oppressor Mark II or Buzzard for this mission, as they’ll make it easier for you to complete without getting spotted.
Vault LasersVault Lasers
The Vault Lasers prep mission is an important one. You need to steal two vault lasers from a specific location, but be prepared for combat. If you have another friend with you, it will make the task easier, but doing this mission alone is possible.
Suits Designed for Infiltration
Getting sneaky infiltration suits is more difficult than other prep missions. The infiltration suits will mostly be inside of a police station, which means that the whole police department will be on to you the second you step into the restricted area. This makes it 10x harder to complete alone.
When you get to the police station, park your car right outside the entrance so that you can quickly change into your disguise and escape from the police. You can go to nearby sewer tunnels to lose the police as demonstrated in our video guide. If you have an oppressor mark II, it will make your escape much easier.
EMP Device
It is debatable whether you need to do this mission and doing so is entirely up to you. Since we use it in our heist finale and it makes the heist much easier, we recommend that you complete the task, even though obtaining the EMP device may not be necessary. You can find a Buzzard at Los Santos International Airport, land on any one of its suitable buildings around the Cargobob for a good vantage point, and take out some guards protecting it. They will shoot back; make sure to take cover while doing so.
After killing all the guards and getting the EMP device, enter the helicopter and fly to the ULSA. Once there, pick up the device using a Cargobob. Don’t worry about any of the other guards; just focus on getting this important item safely. As you’re flying away from Ulthar, you’ll get three stars wanted level; just avoid being seen by law enforcement and your mission will be complete.
After completing all of the prep missions, you can proceed to the final prep board to choose your entrance and exit point.
Heist Finale

The final prep board allows you to choose the entry point, exit point, your buyer, and a clean vehicle.
When you enter the building, choose STAFF LOBBY as your entrance.
To exit the building, choose STAFF LOBBY as your exit.
You can choose to buy this item from me or another buyer. However, for better profits, I recommend choosing a ‘High Level’ buyer.

Heist Finale
After completing all the required prep missions, you are ready to carry out the heist. You can check out our full video guide for more information.
To begin the heist, head towards the casino on the left side of the building. Before proceeding any further, take out the camera above using your stun gun. Then use the keypad to unlock and enter through the staff door.
Once inside, you will need to remove the metal detector fuse box and then silently take out the guard at the front desk using your suppressed weapon. Afterwards, go through the metal detector and to your left you will find another camera. Take this camera down using your stun gun. Quickly take out two guards who will just be chatting with each other.
Make sure you and your friend are coordinating yourselves so that each of you take out one side of the double doors ahead of you. Once the guards are taken down, proceed through to the next section.
After you enter the double doors, take cover and wait for another guard to come. If he comes close to you, take him out. Continue down the hallway but make sure the previous camera is still online since multiple cameras will trigger an alarm. Once you’ve taken down the camera, proceed with caution.
The guard and camera are taken down, so the player can continue down the hallway and take a right. They will find a keypad door which will lead to the stairs – but they won’t be able to access it from this side. The player will need to go around it. So they continue on to the next door and use their keypad device to unlock it. Just make sure that the guard has left the room before doing so. Once that’s done, quickly use the EMP from their phone and enter this room, waiting forthe guardto come backandtakehimoutwithaheadshot
The guard just came from the direction of the elevator, so go all the way around it and head down the stairs. Once you reach them, use your keycard to open the door to the stairway, and while going down make sure you pre-aim because as soon as you take the first turn, a guard will be approaching you. Take him out quickly and silently before he gets a chance to shoot at you or alert any other guards. When taking down the target, proceed towards the basement but be aware of another camera ahead. Disabling it with your stun gun will allow you to continue on.
When you reach the basement level, go through the doors and note that there is no need to worry about the guards on the left. Go right and towards the vault, but be aware that before entering the next door there is another camera near it. So make sure to face away from it when you enter. When you enter the security room, there will be two guards at the desk. Take them out and then look for a camera to your left. If you see it, take it out before proceeding any further. Otherwise, head towards the keypad door that leads to the security room’s inner sanctum and open it. Once inside, take out one of the guards inside and then proceed to the final area of this level.
Once you’re inside the security room, be sure to watch out for another guard who will be patrolling the area outside. If you see him coming, quickly take cover inside the room and wait for him to leave. Once he’s gone, use your vault keycards to open the mantrap door leading into the vault.
Once you reach the vault, use your vault lasers to drill it open. Make sure you press the drilling button but release it in-between. Release the drill button as soon as you see the heat gauge going up. As it does, release the button and it will come down, then continue drilling.
If you want to break into a vault, first use the fingerprint scanner hacking process to get access to each door. Once you’ve hacked all of the locks, be quick about it and enter the vault. Inside, make sure to follow the same pattern for fingerprint scanning as you did for other doors, so that your hacking process will go more quickly. Once inside, take pictures of all of the security features in case you need them later on in your escape plan.
You should leave the vault around 30-40 seconds after the timer goes off, as it is always safer to do so.
Once you leave the vault, use your keycards to open the door and head back to the same staff lobby where you entered. This time around, the guards will respawn. When you reach the area, wait for a guard to pass by and as soon as he does, go through the double doors and take out the camera on your right. Once it’s taken down, take out the guard at desk and move forward. Then take out another guard who passed by earlier
Make sure you are heading towards the exit, but wait until you can be sure the camera is not looking in your direction before proceeding. Once the camera turns away from your exit, go through the double doors and wait for it to turn its sights elsewhere before entering through the keypad door leading back up to where you started.
After entering the stairway, take out your stun gun and head to the top floor. Back in the staff lobby area, decide whether you want to sneak out or go all-out with fighting. If you choose sneaking out, be sure to avoid any guards and leave through the staff lobby exit door where you came in from. Otherwise, fight your way out using whatever weapons are available.
After leaving the casino, head over to the casino race track and either choose to lose the police by taking your getaway vehicles and heading to the sewers, or stay on the right side of the track and when it’s time for the end, go right and over a fence into a sewer tunnel. This will take you to an underground road. Get in a pedestrian car and quickly drive inside one of several sewer tunnels leading out of the race track. Once you reach safety, exit through another tunnel near your buyer location; completing this heist successfully will result in victory.

We took a screenshot of ourselves in our getaway vehicle, heading to the same sewer tunnels during the Silent & Sneaky approach. Another important tip here is to make sure you and your friend are in the same car so it will be easier for you both to escape law enforcement.

Note that you should take a different route to the buyer if the GPS is directing you through the highway near the casino. Do not take that highway and set your own way point to reach your buyer.
